PGDM meams post graduate diploma in managment.it is offered by Deemed universities or AICTE approved institutes. While MMS is only offered by MumbaiUniversity.it means master in management studies.MMS,PGDM andMBA are equivalent to each others.PGDM is regularly updated and is completly designed to fulfill the demand of companies.due to this reason, fee structure differs to each others. As placements and syllabus is concerned,a)PGDM b)MMS.

mms fees is decided by Shikshan Shulk Samiti whereas pg fees decided by aicte and college itself that's why there is huge difference in fees.
I will suggest to get admission for mms,its all time best and it is controlled by Govt.
    Apply through cap.

MMS is a Mumbai University program, and the degree will be awarded by the university, whereas PGDM is a fully autonomous program, which is conducted by Somaiya. While the difference isn't much, PGDM is more flexible and changes are made very quickly as per the changing demands of the industry. Placements for both PGDM and MMS are conducted together and there is no difference in the packages.
