Dear friend, there is very less difference in these two.In core pgdm u hv to study general subjects in first yr, u will get specialization in next yr.In pgdm-finance,first 6months will be general subjects after that they will provide u specialization. In specialization programme u have to study more subjects than a general pgdm student.Best of luck!
