    PGDM is AICTE approved. That is the only difference.

    Very simple . PGPM is Post graduate Programme in Management and PGDM is Post graduate diploma in management.! There is no difference between them both are related to Post graduate and equivalent to MBA. PGPM is autonomous and PGDM is AICTE recognized. Whichever Institute or group provides PGPM or any post graduate certificates that group has to be recognized by U.G.C.(University Grant Comission). So my dear fellow ICFAI group is providing PGPM which is autonomous and MBA which is U.G.C recognized and also the matter of fact is ICFAI group is recognized by U.G.C. that's why they are giving and can give Post graduate certificate to IBS c
