Polytechnic is an AICTE approved 3 years Diploma course with state technical council authorisation which gives the basic and initial concepts of engineering with so many practical classes along with theory classes. One can apply for B.Tech or BE after that directly into 2nd year by lateral entry and also can change department for few streams. Like for civil they can choose architecture also.
