What is the difference between reappear and fail?
I m a student of english hons 1st year in du. i wanted to know if i fail in 1st yr will i have to re-appear for the exam in next year or will i have to repeat the year??

Hi Sahil,
Well although things may differ from one University to another, but as per my knowledge you do not require to repeat the entire year if you fail in a subject or so and can easily reappear for the particular subject in the next session.

Each university has different rules. If you fail in a subject or two, you can make use of the "ATKT"-allowed to keep terms(please check for further details with your university). Else you MAY have to lose a year.
