    Hi,
In a regular seats the expenses of the course is provided by the university fund or uGC fund therefore the fee is low in self financed, for such courses university or UGC does not provide any grant hence such course has higher fee
For instances, B.com in Mumbai University has fee of Rs. 7000 and fee for the similar self financed course is approx 17000
