What is the difference between regular BA and private BA?

Hi,
B.A. Regular is a degree which you get attending the classes regularly and fulfilling all qualifying exams in the college to write the finals in the college. B.A. Private is a course where you will just attend the college for writing your exams and you will have to prepare for your exams with

I want to take admission in B.A. But currently, admissions are only open for private candidates. Can I do my first year as a private candidate and second, the third year as a regular one?
