The main advantage of the Industry Synergised course is that the student will work for five days a week in an industry, and study for two days in the GEMS B SCHOOL campus. This is because management is a skill which cannot be learned by merely hearing, reading and observing, it is learned by DOING. Unlike the usual MBA programs this is a physically and mentally challenging program which requires the student's endurance. Also, along with the full-time MBA, the student would also have 2 years of relevant work experience, thus, gaining an edge over other students that complete their MBA. -

There are no such differences in both the case. Both are the same stuff. Industry synergised MBA because in Gems B School, you going to get industrial exposure. Whatever you are doing theoretically, you will do the same practically as well.
