    Hi Manjupriya,
The main advantage of the Industry Synergised course is that the student will work for five days a week in an industry, and study for two days in the GEMS B SCHOOL campus. This is because management is a skill which cannot be learned by merely hearing, reading and observing, it is learned by DOING. Unlike the usual MBA programs this is a physically and mentally challenging program which requires the student's endurance. Also, along with the full-time MBA, the student would also have 2 years of relevant work experience, thus, gaining an edge over other students that complete their MBA.

    Hi Manjupriya
There are no such differences in both the case. Both are the same stuff. Industry synergised MBA because in Gems B School, you going to get industrial exposure. Whatever you are doing theoretically, you will do the same practically as well.
