What is the difference between software engineer and computer engineer?

Hello Zaid,
While Computer Engineering equally covers both hardware and software aspects, IT and software engineering has a lesser focus on the hardware aspect. However, this difference hardly matters as universities frequently keep updating the syllabus for each branch.
