What is the difference between sponsored and non sponsored fee for BHM?

In sponsored your fees would be lesser than non sponsored courses. Sponsored courses have to be approved by the approval committee of the college of you have a merit rank list. Whereas one has to pay more to get a seat , without having a merit ranklist.
