What is the difference between studying in a B.Tech university, B.Tech institute and B.Tech colleges?
I want to know the differences between university, institute, and colleges.

Basically, all the B.Tech colleges are affiliated to some University that offers the course. If you study from a B.Tech university it will be beneficial for you in terms of examination and placements.
