The COMEDK Entrance Examination is for admission to all the private Karnataka engineering colleges. After the examination of COMEDK, each student will receive a rank card based on their scores or results. Though the examination is conducted all over India, the counseling is centralized and will be conducted on the respective date in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The COMEDK UGET and Uni-Gauage exams are conducted annually for admissions to engineering courses in Karnataka. The basic difference between the COMEDK and Uni-Gauge exams lies in the participating institutes. The COMEDK UGET exam is conducted for admissions to private engineering colleges in Karnataka only.
