what is the difference between the correspondence & Regular programme and which has more value?

I want to do mba correspondence because I am doing a job. I want to know is there will be same value by correspondence as well as regular. Somebody asked me there is no profit to do correspondence mba? So plz tell me is there any difference between by correspondence or regular?
