D.Ed Diploma in education- It's a Diploma in education that will make you primary teacher (1 to 5).
B.Ed: It is like one level up, you will be able to teach TGT(6 to 10) and PGT (11to12)
M. Ed: If you do Masters of education, then you will able to teach B.Ed Student. There will be other career options too. -
