    IESE Master in Management (MIM) degree is designed for students who have just completed or are about to complete, an undergraduate degree are aiming to launch their business careers. The typical MBA candidate of IESE will have 5-6 years of work experience. The duration of an MBA programme is 15 months or 19 months, whereas, the duration of MIM programme is 11 months.
