MEM is not valid course and not accepted by various companies, due to its accreditation, MBA whereas is accredited and accepted worldwide if done from top 30 B-schools. You can get jobs into management field into subjects like marketing, HR, operation, tourism, aviation, finance, etc. after MBA.
