An MBA HR qualification prepares you for a career in the corporate world in the management of peoples skills, positions and performance within the organization such as Recruitment and placement of people, Appraisals, promotions and internal movements, Training and Development of individual and team skills within the organization, Employee services like leave management, health, work-related facilities, welfare services, etc. , Labor and Industrial Relations. In this course, the specialization is only in the second year with the first year having a common set of business and management related subjects for all. A Masters' in Social Work MSW which is a two-year programme can get one a job in the industrial/corporate as labor welfare and personnel specialists and for industrial relations and in NGOs, Government organizations, international organizations, and social sectors. A Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) which is a two-year programme also prepares you for a human resources career with specific emphasis on labor relations and welfare and management in any industry or sector which is people intensive.
