What is the difference between the NEET city allotment slip and NEET admit card?

<p>The NEET city allotment slip is not the same as the NEET admit card. While the NEET city intimation slip only informs candidates about the exam city and the state, the NEET admit card mentions the exact name and address of the NEET exam centre allotted to candidates. Apart from this, the admit card of NEET also carries the exam day instructions and guidelines, and the Self Declaration Undertaking which must be filled and signed by candidates. The NEET admit card also carries fields for parents', candidates' and invigilators' signatures. While parents' signatures have to be made on the document in advance, candidates and invigilators have to sign during the exam. Last but not the least, the NEET admit card is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre, without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. On the other hand, it is not mandatory to carry the NEET city allotment slip to the exam centre or for further events such as counselling or institute reporting.&nbsp;</p>
