what is the difference between the studies of Computer Science and Information Technology ?

i will be doing b.tech so which one would be best for me:- CS or IT ???

    Hi,
    The difference is - Information Technology mainly deals with the software side and Computer Science course deals with both software and hardware.
    But no company deny interview because of the difference between CS or IT.
