What is the significance of doing MBA from a top grade college? Does it affect the salary too?

Top grade colleges have excellent placement records and average have average records.

Not in the beginning but could be possible after your work experience, it totally depends on your organization if you will work in a multinational or international organization then you may be able to get the best results.
