What is the difference between UGC approved (deemed university) B.Tech and AICTE approved B.Tech?
Can I know their advantages and disadvantages?

AICTE has an advantage over UGC. You will face fewer problems in getting a job (off-campus). If you will study in a deemed university and can't get campus placement then you are going to face a lot of problems.
