What is the difference between UGC NET city slip and admit card?

<p>The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the advance city intimation slip before the release of the UGC NET admit card on the offcial websit. As the UGC NET exam is carried out pan India and sometimes the UGC NET centre is allotted far away from the candidate's residential address. Therefore by releasing the UGC NET city slip, &nbsp; the NTA gives chance to make necessary arrangements like travelling, accomodation etc.&nbsp;</p><p>On the other hand, the UGC NET admit card is a hall ticket for the candidates who are going to appear in the UGC NET exam. The admit card comprises the exam cente address, shift timing. The admit card is released a few days before the exam day.&nbsp; The candidates are not allowed to the exam hall if they don't have the UGC NET admit card whereas the city slip is not required for the UGC NET exam.&nbsp;</p>
