What is the difference between UGC recognized college and UGC recognized institute?
I want to pursue BCA.

If its UGC recognised, you can do it from either of them. Colleges are generally a part of any university and hence managed by them wheras an institute is directly recognised by UGC for imparting educational degrees or vocational degrees.
