What is the difference between UGET and Uni-GAUGE in ComedK? Which exam should I take to get admission in a good college?

UGET is for undergraduate programs and it has some selected institutes and UniGauge is a type in which there are number of institutes I can suggest you. Please refer the homepage of COMEDk, but if you are applying for B.Tech courses, you should go through UGET. -
COMEDK UGET has around 150 institutes in Karanataka which accept COMEDK scores .university-GAUGE has around 12 to 13 institutes all over India which accept university-GAUGE score. You can check institutes under COMEDK and UNIGAUGE and apply based on institutes you are interested in.
