    The UPTET minimum qualifying marks are similar to the cutoff marks. Officially, there is no UPTET cut-off. However, the UPTET cut-off is often referred to as the minimum qualifying marks. Candidates belonging to the General category need to secure at least 90 marks (60 per cent) in order to qualify for the UPTET passing marks. On the other hand, reserved category candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Other Backward Classes (OBC)/ Ex-Servicemen (Ex-S)/ Persons with Disability (PwD) category need to obtain a minimum of 82 marks (55 per cent) in order to qualify UPTET exam.
