What is the difference between writing GMAT now and after getting work experience?
iam a3rd year student. harvard university is offering a special program for 3rd year students to write gmat in 2011 and will be given admissions for 2014 after having work experience. what is the differnce between writing gmat now and after getting work experience?

Harvard Business School has opened the doors on an innovative new program for college juniors. It's called HBS 2+2: two years of work, then two years of immersion in the Harvard Business School MBA Program.
Requirements: An UG degree, GMAT or GRE score, TOEFL and online application

Hi,
There is no difference between writing the GMAT now or writing it after gaining work experience. Basically, Harvard would be ready to give you an admission offer right now for 2014. For that purpose, you have to take the GMAT and TOEFL which is the reason why you would have to take it now. Once

GMAT tests your math and verbal skills. These tests are designed to measure one's innate ability. Work experience may improve your score a teeny-weeny bit, but not much. So, bottom line - no difference!
