What is the difference in German taught programme and english programme.what are its advantages over each other?

Germany has recently started admission for international students so they offer some courses in English otherwise mostly courses are in German. The only advantage is if you want an indepth learning, the local language understanding gives you edge and more interaction happens with the faculty. The chances of job in Germany also becomes better.
