What is the difference in pursuing degree and Diploma in hospitality from IHM?

I did my BA 2 years ago and from last 2 years I am working in a hotel.

    Dear Shubham,
    Since you are a graduate, you can do a Masters programme in HM. No need to go for a B.Sc/BA in HM. You can go for M.Sc/MA in HM from a good institute.
    M.Sc will be definitely better than Diploma as it will give you a faster career growth and a Degree is always valued more than a Diploma.
