The only difference is the fact that BE is more research oriented and you get a practical hands-on to everything you study which is not the case with BSc.

in BSc comp science you will learn more about application but in BE you will more about the fundamentals. For ex. in BSc you will learn what compiler is and how to use it, but in BE you will learn how compilers are made and how you can tweak them etc. Hope this helps.

BE computer science is better than BSC , BE is professional engineering degree but BSC is not
