MAT is definitely regarded as an easy entrance examination for management studies than other ones like CAT or GMAT . Syllabus of MAT is similar to other examinations hence candidate need not prepare anything extra. All the sections of the examination are straight forward with direct questions. The level of difficulty of questions in MAT is easy to moderate. Unlike other examinations, MAT has no sectional timing, which enables it's candidates to have full access to their choices. MAT can be attempted several times in an year, thus making it easier to crack than other examinations.

No, MAT scores are not compulsory for admissions to the PGDM course at ICBM-SBE, because the college also considers several other entrance exam scores for admissions to the PGDM course. The names of the accepted entrance exams are-  CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT/ State level entrance test. Thus, applicants with valid scores in MAT can get admission to the PGDM course. If you make an error in the educational qualifications section of the MAT form, you can typically make amends during the official correction period offered by AIMA. The correction period is open for a short time after the submission of the application. You can log in with your MAT account and edit the form, but not every field is editable, so check before you submit. If the correction period has closed, then you can contact AIMA support, but changes will not be guaranteed. It is always a good idea to save a copy of your original form for your reference.
