What is the difficulty level of maths in B.Tech 1st year? Which topics should be strong enough to score good?

its not that tough...its basically +2 level maths in the first year..practice will make u perfect :)

Yes you do need need integration part in all steps of mathematics so my suggestion would be to brush up your weakest parts, I am sure you will do well. All the best.
