What is the diffrence between MPM and MBA? Is it similar? Can I get more details regarding MPM in HR?

Dear,
MPM (Masters in personnel Management) there are various institutions/universities offering the course. But most importantly you checkout the recognition of institution.
Whichever institute you pursue the course, should be UGC/AICTE recognised. MBA & MPM are not similar, both are two diffe
