What is the drawback of getting into B grade universities abroad?

If I score low GRE marks or have financial obligations I may apply to a B-grade university.

Hi, There are even sub-categories among the various b-grade schools abroad and not every b-grade school is so bad at all. The drawback may be and is usually in terms of employability. Employers may not give you the preference. These universities also won't be having a good number of company tie-ups
