What is the dress code at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai?

There isn't a strict dress code on campus, but there are some guidelines that must be followed. For example, boys aren't supposed to wear collarless t-shirts, yet the majority of them do so periodically. Boys must wear shoes, while girls may wear slippers. Girls should refrain from wearing tight trousers and crop tops to prevent being seen by the security at the entrance GATE. A valid ID card is required on campus; if you don't have one, you must purchase one at the desk next to security, failing which you must leave the premises.
