What is the dress code at VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS)?

In VISTAS certain dress code should be maintained. But this also varies from department to department. Some department students are to be present in uniform. Even for those other departments stylish dresses are not allowed. For male students, shirts and paints are the formal dress code allowed in the campus. T-shirts are not allowed.
