Dear Ishika,
PGDM is the program, where you can learn so many things. So, to get you corporate ready every college has this thing mandatory to come in formals. But, yes in JIMS Rohini, there are certain days on which you need to come in corporate suits only like if you have industrial visits, guest lectures, seminar, presentations, etc.

There is no such uniform. But, you need to be in Corporate Formals, so that you get a proper exposure.

Well there is formals no such uniform and it is to inculcate corporate culture.I mean have you seen anyone in big companies wearing fancy clothes they wear formal clothes right?
