The course duration of Agricultural Engineering courses varies depending the course level. For UG-level Agricultural Engineering courses, the duration in India is 4 years in general. Further, for PG-level courses, the duration is 2 years. If you want to enter the work field at the earliest, you also have the option of going for a diploma in Agricultural Engineering right after completing your Class 10, which is 3 years long.

Moreover, a PhD course in Agriculture Engineering can be 3 years to 6 years long, depending on your research topic and the college from where you are pursuing the course.
