The MBA in HR is typically offered as a two-year programme by most universities. However, many European business schools, particularly in the UK, also provide a one-year MBA program. Candidates can choose between a one year and a 2-year MBA course. A 2-year MBA programme also includes internships that are important to land a good job opportunity.
