    My dear candidate, A professional education lasting three years called Company Secretary CS equates to an undergraduate degree. The ICSE oversees the CS programme (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). The three levels of the CS course are as follows: 8-month Foundation Course 9-month Intermediate/Executive Course 15 months for the final/professional course Corporate professionals should take this course. The business environment, entrepreneurship, management, communication, ethics, economics, and accounting are all topics covered in the foundation course.

    Dear aspirant, The CS (Company Secretary) is a 3 years professional course equivalent to the UG degree. The CS course is conducted by the ICSE (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). The CS course is divided into three levels as the following:
    Foundation Course : 8 months
    Intermediate/Executive Course : 9 months

    Initial minimum duration of executive programme is 9 months. It means after registration to executive programme, a student can give exams of both module only after the time gap of 9 months excluding the months of admission and the examination. However, a candidate registered as a student at least six calendar months prior to the month in which the examination commences may be allowed to appear in one module of the executive programme examination. If student fails to clear the executive exam in first attempt, he/she can give exam again without paying any registration fee (examination fee is payable every time). But students are required
