The total duration of NEET counselling depends on the number of seats lying vacant at the end of the each round. Before each round of counselling, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) releases the seat matrix or seat vacancy list. Once all the seats are filled, the counselling process of NEET will be considered complete. In general, the NEET UG counselling process ranges from two to three months. The duration of each round is around two to three weeks. The duration for the first two rounds is higher than that of the last two rounds. The last date may get extended based on the seat vacancy.
