The duration of a post graduate work permit in Canada (PGWP Canada) depends on the duration of your course. In order to be eligible for a PGWP Canada, your course must be of at least 8 months in duration. For courses between 8 months and 2 years, PGWP will be equal to the duration of the course. In case of courses that are 2 years (or more) in duration, PGWP may be of 3 years. In the case of Germany, students can apply for a job-seeking visa that is valid for 18 months.
