The duration of full time MBA or PGDM program is 2 years, International School of Telecom & Technology Management- Hyderabad offers PGDM (Telecom & IT)
The eligibility criteria to pursue this course is a three-year bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university

Why dont you think for Infrastructure Management as a whole, instead of Telecommunications? Telecom is a part of Infrastructure. You may explore SAMVIT SChool of Infrastructure Business, Pune or UPES or NICMAR
