    The AME CET programme lasts for two years on average. The course covers subjects such aircraft systems and components, maintenance procedures, rules and standards, and safety measures. It combines classroom learning with practical training. Depending on the school or university conducting the course, the length of the AME CET 2024 course may change, however the curriculum is typically split into two sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the AME course syllabus is all about the knowledge and understanding of the principles and systems of an aircraft, while the practical part is dedicated to hands-on training in the lab and in real-world environment.

If the colleges you want to apply to do not accept AME-CET, then you should not appear for the AME-CET exam and focus only for  preparing for MHT-CET as this can provide mode of admission for many colleges.

 

AME-CET exams basically for getting admiossion for aircraft engineeering which is provided in less colleges .

SO you should only focus on MHT-CET.

The last date for the AME CET 2026 application form is March 31, 2025. Candidates can now fill out the online application form of AME CET 2026 to participate in the entrance exam. No applications will be accepted after the final date. Before registration, the candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria.

The last date for submitting the AME CET 2024 application form is May 31, 2024. This is for the candidates who want to write the AME CET (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test) for 2024. The application closes on this date itself.
