The duration of the HP TET exam is 2 hours 30 minutes for each paper. Each paper carries total 150 marks. The candidates will be given +1 marks for each correct answer while no deductions will be made for incorrect answers. The candidates should prepare for accuracy and time management as there is no negative marking scheme in the exam. The general candidates have to score 60 per cent marks to qualify for the HPTET exam.
