The general duration of an M.Tech degree in Thermal Engineering is 2 years in India. Almost all of the regular M.Tech courses are 2 years long, except for part-time MTech, which may take 3 years, or the integrated BTech-MTech or MTech-PhD courses that take 5 years to complete.
