Greetings Pravalika, there is no duration for mentorship. Each group has 10 students and each group has a separate faculty mentor and industry mentor. There will be 8 sessions with the industry mentor and the mentorship with faculty will continue till college ends.

Greetings Pravallika,
IFIM has unique programs like 1.personality enhancement program 2.mentorship 3. Social immersion program and 4. Social immersion program.
Mentorship is conducted once in a week depending upon the mentor availability. We also do Skype calls if the mentor is comfortable.
Mentorship duration is about 1 and half year. Mentorship is very helpful in achieving what we want in the near future. We will get motivation, guidance and a path to achieve our goal.
