    Any sports scholarship granted to a student will be initially awarded for one year and may be renewed annually, subject to the condition that the recipients continue to demonstrate improvement or maintain proficiency in the relevant sport or game. The sports committee may exercise discretion to make exceptions to this policy in the event of injury, illness, or health issues, provided that the student submits appropriate documentation.
