    Candidates who have done BEd (Bachelor of Education) or (BElEd/ BA-BEd/ BSc-BEd) from a recognised college/ university are eligible for the MEd Degree. Additional weightage is sometimes given to candidates possessing a postgraduate degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, teaching experience, and experience working in State Board of Secondary and Senior Secondary Education or Directorate/ Inspectors of Education in the states. Candidates must ensure that they meet the requirements of individual colleges and also appear in the relevant entrance exam in order to be eligible for counselling.
