Hi Mayank,
Short listing criteria differentiate from college to college. Mainly its CAT score, GD and PI.
Otherwise the merit list for calling candidates for GDPI rounds is based on Total (A) of: CAT score + Class X marks + Class XII marks + Graduation marks + Work Experience + Diversity Factor:
