What is the effect of having 2 years of gap between graduation and MBA? Is it a long gap?

Gap of a year or two will not have much impact till the time it is explainable. If the justification is valid, then you do not need to worry about the same. Just focus on getting a good score in whatever exam you might be approaching.

But students says that its a long gap and companies will not take you.
